1. Filling part:
1. The filling part realizes the filling of materials into the washed bottles sent by the rinser. The filling valve adopts the method of pressure filling negative pressure return, which is fast and sensitive for filling and high accuracy of filling liquid level. There is no spring in the valve, and the material is not in contact with the spring, which is conducive to the cleaning of the valve. In order to ensure the filling process and ensure the filling temperature, the filling valve is in a state of micro-reflux when there is no bottle or when the machine is stopped.
2. The filling cylinder adopts the full cylinder method to ensure the stability of the pressure in the cylinder.
3. The whole machine has a perfect CIP cleaning interface.
4. The double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to make the bottle lifting and centering stable.
5. The main drive adopts gear transmission and open combined transmission, which has high efficiency, low noise, long life, convenient maintenance, full lubrication, and adopts frequency converter to control the speed of the main motor of the machine, and the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
6. The bottle guide system has a simple structure, which can be quickly and easily changed according to the bottle type, and the whole machine adopts the bottleneck structure for transportation.
7. The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, and the fault is displayed online, such as bottle blocking, lack of cap, etc.
Second, the screw cap part:
1. The capping part will be screwed onto the bottle of the filled product by the cap unscramler, and sent to the subsequent process by the conveyor chain.
2. The capping machine drives the rotary table to rotate through the reducer. The lid is removed from the hopper from the lid outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a front and back cover separation device at the outlet, when the back cover passes, the cover automatically falls into the return pipeline, and the back cover is automatically blown into the hopper by wind power. Only the positive cover can smoothly enter the slideway, and the amount of cover in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the capping machine, so as to ensure that the lower cover achieves the effect. When the positive cover enters the slideway, you can smoothly enter the feeding cover plate, in order to prevent accidents, a dial of anti-reverse cover is configured on the slideway at the same time, to ensure that the cover that enters the feeding cover plate is correct, a pair of photoelectric switches are also configured on the slideway, when no cover is detected, the host is stopped immediately. In order to effectively remove the bad cover without the anti-theft ring and the remaining cover when cleaning the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the hopper outlet to meet this function.
3. The capping is magnetic capping, which has the function of overload protection, and the capping torque is stable and reliable. There is no gnawing cover, high cover, crooked cover and curling of the cap.
